Strategy and Action CEO, Stephen Johnson, says the prize winner showed the most potential to gain from the prize.
“A lot can be done with $50,000 for the right company. Clear Blue Water demonstrated to us that they provide a sound service to its market, but weren’t representing themselves as well as they could. They also demonstrated they were willing and able to listen to advice and feedback that might challenge them.”
The program for Clear Blue Water will start this month, and Dynamic Business readers will be privy to its progress over 2013. It’s a great insight into how a marketing breakthrough is brought to life.
“We’ll start by drawing up a clear charter, first, as we identify the core needs of the company,” says Johnson.
“Then we’ll need to gather some intelligence on the market, on competitors and on the company itself. From these we can develop a breakthrough strategy and help the company get in place the assets and activities that take that strategy to market. It’s a methodical, accountable and client-focussed program, and it’s really enjoyable for all involved.”
