WA tourism businesses to get BOOST

Small businesses in the Western Australia tourism industry are being invited to attend ‘Tourism BOOST’; a workshop series designed to give businesses an edge in WA’s growing tourism sector.

Tourism BOOST attendees can choose to one of three workshops or pick ones that best suit their individual business needs.

Workshop topics include:

  • Understanding the tourism industry;
  • How to make your business stand out from the crowd; and
  • Tips for succeeding online.

Full day workshops costs $60 per person, which includes all three sessions, lunch, refreshments and networking drinks. Individual sessions are $20 per person, which includes workshop materials, tea and coffee. Networking drinks cost $20 per person, and include canapes and refreshments.

The workshop series will tour Western Australia from 10 August to 9 December. It is being put together by the Government of Western Australia and Small Business Development Council of WA. For more information or to register to attend visit: http://www.smallbusiness.wa.gov.au/tourism-boost
